CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:33 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Members absent: None
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley
Alternates absent: Commissioner Taylor
GUEST PARTICIPATION
Mr. Gary Bazzano – Town Council liaison to the Historic District Commission.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on October 19, 2010. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
None
OLD BUSINESS
- Discussed the Demolition Delay Ordinance to be presented to the Town Council and decided not to make any changes.
- Chairperson Macro reported that the consultant performing the Historic Resources Inventory has not submitted any additional survey forms.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Discussed the proposed Demolition Delay Ordinance with Mr. Bazzano.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner FitzPatrick moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 pm; seconded by Commissioner Jennings. The motion carried unanimously.
